I was born and raised in Vietnam, spent my formative years between the United States and France, and now call the suburbs of Philadelphia home.
I’ve always been drawn to language—not just as a means of communication, but as a way of feeling. I’m fascinated by the moments when meaning transcends translation, when an expression is understood not through words alone, but through cultural depth and untranslatable nuances.
To me, photography is a language—layered, intuitive, and deeply nuanced. It speaks in subtleties: in atmosphere, in presence, in the unrepeatable nature of time—translating emotion into something both ephemeral and enduring.
A photograph is a kind of text—one that is read differently by every eye, and felt differently by every heart. It invites interpretation, carrying layers of meaning that only people within the moment can fully grasp.
My job is not simply to create something beautiful, but to offer an honest expression of who you are—crafted in a way that memory cannot hold and words cannot translate.
I want your photographs to become a return: a way of stepping back into the moments that matter the most, to feel them again with a depth and presence that becomes richer with time.
